Jeannine Hoang, M.D.

Dr. Hoang (pronounced Waa-ng) is a board-certified dermatologist who graduated Summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin and received her doctor of medicine from Baylor College of medicine. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and her residency in Dermatology at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.


Dr. Hoang is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of numerous other local and national organizations. She has several publications in major dermatologic journals and has presented her work at national meetings.


Dr. Hoang is on the medical staff at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. She participates in community service activities such as free skin-cancer screenings, and she has lectured to the public about skin cancer, sun protection, as well as other medical and cosmetic dermatologic issues of interest.

Dr. Hoang enjoys medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She treats diseases of the skin, hair, and nails in patients of all ages and skin types. She performs full body skin examinations and specializes in the prevention and treatment of skin cancer. She also has expertise in the treatment of facial lines and rejuvenation through the use of Botox, Dysport, fillers and lasers.

Lisa Moody, PA-C

Lisa grew up in the Fort Worth/Weatherford area. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington, and she received her B.S. in Physician Assistant studies as part of the inaugural class of the PA program at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Prior to joining our practice, Lisa worked in primary care for 8 years. She has been part of the Mansfield Dermatology team since 2007.

Allison Wilbanks, PA-C

Allison grew up in Tyler, TX and attended Texas A&M University, where she received a B.S in Biomedical Science. In May of 2011, Allison graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Allison currently resides in Arlington, TX with her husband.

Mimi Uyen Phan, PA-C

Mimi Uyen Phan joined United Dermatology Associates in the summer of 2015. She is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners.

A DFW native, Mimi earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Texas in Arlington. She continued to work in the academic field with the Tarrant County College District as an instructional associate for the Department of Natural Sciences before pursing her passion for medicine.  Mimi is a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies.

She enjoys practicing medical dermatology, but she also has a special interest in non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Mimi enjoys seeing patients and caring for them each as her own family members. “I value the meaning of hard work and dedicate myself to providing only the very best of care for my patients.”  During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and her extended family members. She has a passion for cooking, traveling, and participating in charitable events with her family.

Stephanie Chan, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant Stephanie Chan attended Southern Methodist University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. She earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Stephanie worked for three years as a Certified Physician Assistant at an urgent care facility in Dallas before joining the practice in 2014.
Since joining the United Dermatology Associates team, Stephanie has flourished and built countless relationships with patients at the Mansfield and Arlington offices. She looks forward to creating new connections in the Flower Mound area.

Stephanie is also an active member of the medical community, with memberships in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband, and cheering on the local sports teams.
